-Regarding the participation of each member, the leader can personally talk to the member and encourage her. If the member find it difficult to post as she might not have a internet access or does not have computer, encourage her to make an effort by going to library to research.
-On the video lesson, if the member do not paid attention and talking, give a signal of silent first. If that do not stop her, write name in the blog to able to inform teachers.
-leader take the responsibility to check that every member have interact with each other
-Hope that one of the member can help me search together wth me for suitable music as four hands and 2 brains better than one.

You can talk to the person personally and try to change 'her'. If 'she' haven contribute anything despite the warning, we can tell teachers about it. Whether you are 'her' best friend or not, we must still tell teacher.
